Founded in 2007 by James Watt, 36, and Martin Dickie, 35, this Aberdeenshire brewery has opened nearly 60 bars in locations as far afield as Brazil and Japan. It was valued at £1bn last April when it sold a 22% stake to US private equity firm TSG Consumer Partners for £213m. At its April AGM this year, it told shareholders that it was planning a stock market flotation as soon as 2020.
