Mike O’Neil founded the Stevenage firm in 1991 after 20 years in computer-aided design. Its biggest market is Japan, where its systems were used by the security services at the Nagano Winter Olympics, G7 summits and the World Cup. Sales have grown 63% a year from £1.2m in 1999 to £3.2 in 2001.
