The national lottery has created 3,500 millionaires since Camelot held the first draw in 1994. In April, the firm, which is owned by the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, announced that it would split into two divisions, the UK and global. Andy Duncan, 51, has been appointed as the new chief executive and will take over later this year when Dianne Thompson retires after a stint of 14 years.
