This London company’s software enables banks such as Citigroup, Merrill Lynch, Barclays and Royal Bank of Scotland to trade with their clients over the internet. It was founded in 2000 by chief executive Paul Caplin. Elderstreet Investments provided £2.5m seed funding before the American firm FTV Capital injected £5.5m into the business in 2002. Sales have grown 41% a year from £1.8m in 2006 to £5.2m in 2009.
