When Capture’s co-founders Joel Hopwood, 36, and Matthew Lee, 37, were at Dunnhumby, the agency behind Tesco’s Clubcard programme, they saw an opportunity for in-store marketing. Since 2009, Capture has designed campaigns for companies such as J Sainsbury, Kraft Foods and Heathrow airport. It specialises in media placement, whether in-store or online, and has worked on an audio marketing system for Sainsbury’s, which will use it to notify shoppers of new products and deals. The company plans to expand to the Continent and America.
