CDC develops software that allows pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies to manage the workflow and automate some of the production of such a vast number of documents. Sales at the Wiltshire company grew 95% a year from £1.2m in 1999 to £4.6m in 2001, when a new management team was brought in to try to make the company profitable.
