Television shows such as Changing Rooms have given Ceramic Prints a big fillip. The company supplies decorated household tiles to DIY retailers such as B&Q, Homebase and Focus, as well as to independent outlets. It recently expanded its range to include a collection based on artwork at the Victoria and Albert Museum and has also produced a line for the fashion designer Jeff Banks. Tony Taylor and Stephen Hall started Ceramic Prints in 1983. Sales have grown more than 81% a year from £5.6m in 1999 to £33.2m in 2002.
