The online billing and CRM software developer Cerillion was formed in 1999 after the management buyout led by chief executive Louis Hall, of Logica’s customer care and billing division. The London firm has since grown organically, winning more than 35 clients, including Bulldog, Cable & Wireless, Pipex, O2 and BT. Cerillion is majority-owned by venture-capital backers HarbourVest and Baird Capital Partners. Its sales have grown 42% a year from £6.3m in 2003 to £12.7m in 2005.
