North London brothers Daniel, 34, and Gio Najar, 31, set up this firm in 2008 with help from their father Jamal, 58, who had worked in the clothing industry since the 1980s. Chi Chi has tapped into growing demand for high-quality occasionwear at affordable prices and its designs have been spotted on celebrities including Caroline Flack and Stacey Solomon. Its dresses, shoes and bags are sold through retailers such as Asos and Dorothy Perkins, as well as through its own website and app. Turnover hit an annualised £18.4m last year thanks to growing demand overseas and new children’s and casual ranges.
