Founded in the 1950s by Michael Clancy, the Uxbridge-based construction services firm is now run by his sons Kevin, 64, and Dermot, 62. Sales grew 13% to £269.5m in 2014, and the group says its strategy is to retain its position in the water sector, while expanding in the energy and transport sectors. In the past year it has picked up contracts with London Underground and Network Rail.
