GAP is the latest clothing retailer to sign up this West Yorkshire logistics company, which specialises in warehousing and distribution services that include putting labels and security tags on clothes heading for the high street. A separate higher-security division has the likes of Harvey Nichols, Armani and Prada among its clients, as well as leading tobacco and alcohol brands. Founder and chief executive Steven Parkin has expanded the group through acquisitions, most recently buying the Iveco truck dealership Northern Commercials to complement the company’s 600-truck fleet-management operations. Sales have grown 63% a year from £19.8m in 2003 to £86.2m in 2006.
