Multinationals such as Diageo, Pepsi and Sky use this firm’s software to manage their meeting rooms and book hotdesks. By investing £2m a year in R&D, chief executive Paul Statham, 49, has expanded Condeco’s product range to include digital signs for meeting rooms. Users book their space on their smartphone or computer and then check in on Condeco’s hardware when they arrive for their meeting, helping companies to use their office space more efficiently. Global expansion, including a recently opened outpost in California, boosted the London firm’s sales to £15.5m this year.
