The Liverpool firm was founded in 1999 as an IT recruitment consultancy by Mark Beedles, but in the past two years the group has switched its focus to the public sector, now placing an average of 600 public-sector candidates a week. Sales have grown 59% a year from £1.7m in 2004 to £6.7m in 2007.
