Serial entrepeneur Ray Trew formed the group in 2007, when it acquired both Contracting Solutions Group plc and Lorien plc, for £10m and £18.6m respectively, funded by amixture of cash and shares. The company’s core activity is the provision of professionals, both contract and permanent, to sectors that
include IT, sales and oil and gas. Gross sales increased by 96% to £234.2m in 2009.
