Top Track 250

While most carpets sold in Britain are imported, this family business still makes its products at its two Lancashire mills. Founded in 1956, Cormar is looking to expand, and opened a new distribution centre in Hemel Hempstead last year, helping annualised sales rise 6% to £126.6m. In December, Tim Eagles, 50, joined from Stannah as chief executive.
