More than 13,000 schools in the UK and 23 other countries use its pupil safeguarding software, which helps monitor incidents and protect the wellbeing of children. The company grew sales 47% a year to £9.4m in 2020, two years after having been spun out of software firm Meritec by managing director John Wild, 36. The spin out was backed by ECI Partners, which holds a minority stake. It expects sales to grow further due to the increase in regulations globally around child safeguarding.
