It also offers a bottomless brunch with free-flowing prosecco at five of its nine sites across London, including at Darcie & May Green — two floating barges, designed by Sir Peter Blake, on the Grand Union Canal at Paddington. Australian-born Prue Freeman, 37, a former banker, founded the firm in 2012 with her husband Tom Onions, 40. They recently raised nearly £2m on Crowdcube to support its expansion. Sales hit £5.8m in the year to April and in May it opened Scarlett Green in Soho.
