Based in Swansea and founded in 1926, CEM Day claims to be one of the biggest car dealerships in Wales, with 500 staff operating from 12 sites. The business is owned by the Day family and sells new and used Ford, Peugeot, Nissan, Fiat and Iveco vans and trucks. It also lets and leases cars and provides after-sales and accident-repair services. Chairman and chief executive Graham Day, grandson of founder Charles Day, oversaw sales of £159.1m in 2009.
