This Essex company sells its fashion jewellery through 3,000 concessions in 22 countries, with brands such as Freedom and Diva sold through Arcadia’s Topshop and Miss Selfridge. DCK also supplies BHS and Dorothy Perkins and has more than 150 stand-alone jewellery stores all over the world. In 2005 Bank of Scotland Corporate invested £55m for a 20% stake. This was sold to Cavendish Square Partners for an undisclosed sum in July. Under founder and executive chairman Alan Witzenfeld, sales rose by 28% to £190.5m in the year to January 2010.
