Fast Track 100

Our ambition is to ensure that even if people were eating our food in a restaurant they would think it was sensational,’ says Patrick Reeves, who co-founded Deliverance in 1997 with fellow lawyer Rohan Blacker. The up-market caterer now delivers 1,000 meals to workers at City investment banks during the day and London residents in the evening. The menu comprises dishes from six international cuisines, and staff are trained by Michael Traferri from The Square, a restaurant that has two Michelin stars. Sales have grown 97% a year from £510,000 in 1998 to £3.9m in 2001, when the company had 122 staff.
