Its customers span Europe, Hong Kong, Australia and the US. According to chief executive Simon McMurtrie, the firm’s US presence has helped convert many beer drinkers into wine connoisseurs. International sales grew 29% a year from £55.8m in 2009 to £93.2m in 2011.
