This Staffordshire company manages a fleet of 17,000 cars, which accident victims drive while their cars are being repaired. Clients include insurance companies, intermediaries and accident repair centres. The company also has its own Nottingham-based car supermarket, which sells former Drive Assist vehicles. Last year founder Steve Binch led a secondary buyout, backed by Charterhouse, which valued the company at £250m. Profits have soared 50% a year, from £10m in 2004 to £33.6m in 2007.
