Chief executive Mike Gilmartin, 51, started this company in 2010 to help banks store, process and understand customer data from disparate product divisions, such as cards, savings, loans and mortgages. While two-thirds of its £8.5m sales in 2016 were generated from the financial sector, its customers now include retailers, universities, legal firms and advertising agencies. The Edinburgh-based company has opened offices in London and Manchester, and is planning new sites in Leeds and Dublin.
