If you have an old mobile phone tucked away in a drawer, you may want to sell it to this online reseller. Under its Envirofone brand, Eazyfone buys mobile phones from individuals and sells them to customers in mainland Europe and the Far East. The Cheshire company claims to buy up to 200,000 mobile phones a month. It also works with charities and schools to recycle old handsets. The company was founded by father and son Cos and Peter Petrondas in 2001, and sales have grown 177% a year under chief executive Nicholas Brown from an annualised £1.7m in 2006 to £36.2m in 2009.
