The business, founded by Matt Newing and headquartered in Merseyside, helps clients manage call-centre staff and provide a more efficient service to customers by using call-queuing or re-routing systems. The company is now expanding its services to include Voip. Sales have grown 42% a year from £2.4m in 2003 to £4.9m in 2005.
