Founded in 2000, the London firm has 16 offices spanning Britain, Holland, Germany, central Europe and the Americas, serving clients such as WorldPay, Trinity Mirror and Johnston Press. Under founder and chief executive John Cotterell, 56, the company boosted profits to £19.9m last year. It has since acquired the US interactive design firm Nickelfish and the software engineer ISDC, which operates in central Europe and Holland.
