This group provides a range of services from direct marketing and sponsorship to social media and digital marketing. From its offices in London and New York it has developed international campaigns for the likes of BMW, GlaxoSmithKline and Nokia Siemens. In 2010, HIG Capital took a 38% stake in the business and last year the private equity house provided extra funding through a debt-for-equity swap. Led by chairman Peter Scott and helped by acquisitions in the US and China, international sales have grown 66% a year, from £4m in 2009 to £11m in 2011.
