Guests at Ennismore’s Hoxton-branded hotels receive a free breakfast bag, fresh milk and a minibar with “rip-off free prices”. Other initiatives include Hox Hounds — allowing dog owners to check in their four-legged friends for a fixed price — and Stay for the Day, which lets guests check in for the hours between 10am and 4pm. Sharan Pasricha, 38, founded the hospitality group in 2012, adding the five-star Gleneagles hotel to its portfolio in 2015. Last year it opened the doors of its fourth site, the Hoxton Paris, helping boost sales to £17.4m and recording one of the highest profit margins on the league table. It has since launched two US Hoxtons in New York and Portland, Oregon, and is set to open its first NoCo-concept budget hotel in Canary Wharf.
