Founded in 1996 by chief executive Jason Tsai, this Telford company works in partnership with the likes of BT and NTL to provide voice and data services to 100,000 users across Britain. Last year the company launched a high-speed broadband service using its own extended infrastructure and BT’s new communications network, 21CN. Entanet claims it was the first non-BT company to offer its customers the 24Mb internet technology ADSL2+ over 21CN. The company’s sales have grown 52% a year from £6.9m in 2005 to £24.4m in 2008.
