Epwin Group

Epwin Group makes low-maintenance building products for the construction, social-housing, retail and DIY sectors. Last year the group, founded by chairman Jim Rawson, 70, merged with Latium, owned by Brian Kennedy, 53, to create this combined business. Products include doors and energy-efficient windows as well as rainwater systems. In May, the group bought Crown Architectural Aluminium, adding £8m to its top line.
