The trend towards sourcing products from all over the world, coupled with mounting public pressure for ethical supply-chain practice, has helped sales at the Surrey firm rise 55% a year from £2.5m in 2004 to £6m in 2006. Eqos founders – chief executive Mike Quinn and chief product officer Chris Foulkes – have raised £10m of funding from 3i and Advent Venture Partners.
