When flights were grounded in March, around 20% of this London company’s revenue stream was grounded too, as its jewellery and accessories are sold to passengers on planes operated by British Airways, Air France and Norwegian. Online sales have since taken off, however, accelerating its shift from a traditional wholesale model to selling directly to consumers. Its products are also stocked in John Lewis, Harrods and Nordstrom in America, pushing sales to £6.5m in the year to March. Founder Nick Bartlett, 38, joined forces with his fashion-savvy sister and creative director Louise, 39, when he set up the brand in 2012.
