This firm claims to provide telecoms services to 20,000 small and medium-sized businesses. The Manchester company was founded in 1995 by Nigel Warr, who was joined in 1998 by Gerry Ashton. Both had previously set up and sold businesses, and they invested £3m in Eurocall. Recently they bought out Energis, an early investor, to regain control. After the telecoms meltdown, Eurocall made five acquisitions, including RSL and Ventello. These helped to raise sales by 90% a year from £14.5m in 2000 to £52.3m in 2002.
