Co-founder George Karibian says the company has developed systems that deal with most aspects of the business, from sales tracking and billing to database management. “Smart” profiling is used to determine how customer payments are processed, taking past activity into account. Sales, mainly to small and medium-sized businesses, have grown 201% a year from an annualised £492,000 in 2001 to £4.5m in 2003.
