This Worcestershire business provides energy-efficient systems for cooling data centres. Last year, it installed its 1,000th cooling unit — ten years after it was founded by Duncan Williams, 65, and Mark Collins, 58. It says its products have saved the carbon equivalent of emissions from 112,000 homes. It launched a new heat pump brand, GeoZero, in 2019, and relocated its US operations last year, opening a new office and plant in South Carolina. Profits last year reached £4.6 million.
