Fidelity’s communication platform puts fixed line, broadband and mobile telecoms systems onto one network, which it says results in a cheaper and more reliable service for its business customers. It also runs Anvil, a web-based bill management portal. The Oxfordshire firm was formed in 2008 by serial entrepreneurs Alan Shraga, 48, and Simon Taylor Payne, 47, who previously founded and sold two telecoms firms, including Cable Telecom, which was in the Tech Track 100 in 2003. With more companies outsourcing their IT services, sales at Fidelity grew to £7.2m last year.
