Foyle Food Group has been keeping British tables loaded with Sunday roasts for more than three decades, supplying retailers such as Tesco with the beef and lamb needed to pile round our Yorkshire puddings and roast potatoes. Owned by the Watson and Acheson families, the Londonderry group processes some 450,000 lambs and 180,000 cattle each year. Brands include Foyle Meats, Hilton Meats Cookstown and Omagh Meats. Chief executive Richard Watson took sales to £168.9m in 2005.
