Searching for a way to combat hospital acquired infections, doctors Guy Braverman, 38, and Allen Hanouka, 43, developed a patented combination of six biocides in a wipe that cleans and disinfects surfaces, instruments and hands. Their Watford company now supplies infection control wipes and sprays to the NHS and health services in 50 countries. Australasia is its biggest overseas market, and Braverman says its after-sales training and support apps helped exports reach £5m this year.
