This jewellery maker has sold more than 10m pieces of gemstone jewellery via its TV shopping channels, websites and mobile apps. The family company exports to 21 countries and runs a 24- hour shopping channel in the US. Last year, it launched Gemporia TV in India, where it also manufactures the pieces. International sales reached £33.3m in 2015, under co-founder and chief executive Steve Bennett, 50.
