Customers including Carphone Warehouse and Fujitsu lease its 3,000km of network, and the company has taken on a project to construct a new network in north Wales. Founded in 2004 by chief executive Chris Smedley, the business was acquired by Alchemy, the private-equity house, for £62m in January 2008. Sales have grown 146% a year from £2.2m in 2005 to £32.9m in 2008.
