Founder Nick Marshall, 47, started Giacom as an internet services provider in 1999. He led a management buyout last year, supported by an undisclosed investment from private equity firm LDC. Sales hit £6.6m in 2016. The company expects them to double this year under new managing director Mike Wardell, 36.
