Goodstuff was founded in 2004 by industry veterans Andrew Stephens, 49, and Ben Hayes, 53, after Virgin Group asked them to provide marketing advice. It now offers creative, social media, advertising technology and communications planning services to companies. Profits grew to £3.3 million in 2019, although since then the pandemic has affected many of its clients’ media budgets.
