After 15 years as recruiters, Raj Tulsiani, 48, and Steve Baggi, 45, decided to go it alone in 2006, focusing on placing interim senior executives. Today, Green Park’s clients are from a broad range of organisations from public sector bodies such as the Department for International Trade to venture capital start-ups and global FTSE 100 firms, such as Tesco. Describing itself as one of the industry’s few ethnic minority owned businesses, it aims to promote diversity in its board and executive-level appointments. Based in London, it launched its international arm in 2013 and has now placed executives in more than 55 countries. Sales, which include interim consultants’ gross pay as well as fees, hit £90.1m in the year to January.
