Profit Track 100

Offering nightly resident DJs and classes including rave yoga and show wrestling, Gymbox’s seven London venues provide an alternative to mass market gym chains. Founder Richard Hilton, 44, originally raised £2m from Fitness First in 2003. Last year Business Growth Fund invested £10m to fund four new gyms, and Paul Campbell, 52, chairman of the Hawksmoor steak restaurant chain, joined as non-executive chairman. The company made profits of £2.4m in 2014.
