The Cirencester company sells to the insurance sector in Britain and Ireland, and opened a Brisbane office last year to target Australia and New Zealand. Its clients include NFU Mutual, where 4,500 people use its technology. The business was founded in 1993 by chief executive Richard Gordon, who created the software. Sales have climbed 51% a year from £1.5m in 2003 to £3.5m in 2005.
