Homes range in size from two to five bedroom properties, and include some apartments and social housing, in line with current government quotas. Strong demand and rising house prices, with an average sale price per property of £156,000, have helped profits grow 109% a year from an annualised £1.2m in 2001 to £11.3m in 2004.
