Originally a bicycle-repair shop, this car dealership was founded by Wally Harwood in 1931. Today it is managed by Wally’s son, Guy, and has 13 sites in southeast England selling luxury marques such as Aston Martin, Bentley, Audi, Jaguar and Land Rover. The company also runs petrol stations and operates three accident-repair centres, along with a truck dealership. Sales grew 22% to £264.4m in 2010.
