Due to an office move, most of the staff at this medical communications agency had worked from home for a day in February, which helped prepare it for the national lockdown the following month. The Cheshire company was founded in 2015 by Emma Bryant, 43, Andrew Minnock, 50, and Simon Whiteley, 49, to help pharmaceutical and biotech companies with tasks such as the preparation of clinical trial results for publication, and organising events at medical conferences. Last year’s sales of £11m were boosted by the opening of a second office, in Oxfordshire, and despite the pandemic, it says it has increased sales this year.
