The company’s software helps clients such as Unilever, Disney and the NHS organise files and documents in the cloud for easy and secure access at any time and from any device anywhere in the world. The company has offices in London, San Francisco, New York and Washington DC, and has raised more than £50m in four rounds from venture capitalists such as Eden Ventures, Matrix Partners and Zouk Capital. Sales reached £9.7m in 2014.
