Now you can star in your own version of the television hit show 24 thanks to I-play, which develops and distributes mobile-phone games based on sports and movies. Venture capitalists Apax Partners and Argo Global Capital have invested £26.4m in the London company, run by David Gosen. Last year I-play added an office in San Francisco to bases in Europe and Singapore. Sales have grown 77% a year from an annualised £3.8m in 2003 to £11.9m in 2005, when the company made a significant loss.
